Products and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, pricing, availability, and other information on our website are accurate. Minor differences may occur between product images and the physical item you receive, including differences in colour caused by screens, printing, or manufacturing.
Products are subject to availability. If we are unable to fulfill an order after it has been placed, we will contact you and issue a refund for any amount paid for the unavailable item.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Shipping charges and any applicable taxes will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Payment is processed through third-party payment providers, such as Square via WooCommerce. By submitting payment information, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process the transaction.
If a pricing or technical error affects an order, we may contact you to correct the issue or cancel and refund the affected order.
Orders
After you place an order, you will normally receive an order confirmation using the email address provided at checkout.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if we cannot fulfill it, if there has been an obvious pricing or inventory error, or if we reasonably believe the transaction is fraudulent or unauthorized.
Preorders
Products offered for preorder will include an expected release or shipping timeframe where available. Release and fulfillment dates may occasionally change due to printing, distribution, shipping, or other circumstances outside our control.
You may cancel a preorder for a full refund as long as the order has not yet shipped. Once a preorder has shipped, our regular Refunds & Returns Policy applies.
Shipping and Delivery
Available shipping methods and charges will be shown during checkout. We may use third-party shipping and delivery providers to fulfill orders, such as Chit Chats US Connect.
Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees unless we specifically state otherwise. Shipping times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at info@firewardpublishing.ca. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been shipped.
International Orders
Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to customs requirements, import charges, duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Any charges collected by Fireward Publishing will be disclosed during checkout. Charges imposed separately by a government, customs authority, or carrier are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated.
Refunds, Returns, and Damaged Orders
Returns, refunds, replacements, preorder cancellations, and damaged or incorrect orders are handled according to our Refunds & Returns Policy.
Signed or personalized books are generally final sale for change-of-mind returns. This does not affect your ability to contact us about an item that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website, including text, branding, graphics, book descriptions, photographs, and other original materials, belongs to Glen Weatherhead and Fireward Publishing or is used with permission from the applicable rights holder.
Purchasing a book or other product does not transfer copyright or other intellectual property rights. Website content may not be reproduced, distributed, republished, or commercially used without permission except where permitted by law.
